  15. my isp has just installed a usr courier modem. it is used instead of an 
  16. at&t datapoint. my modem is a practical peripherials 28.8 v3.4. when i 
  17. try to use our ppp connection the two modems will connect and then only 
  18. hiss at each other. if i return to the at&t modem (dial up connection i 
  19. can still connect and everything is fine.   help ! ! ! !
